In today's society, most people have spent more time learning to use their mobile phone, than learning to use their own minds. You may already know that your mind has two major parts to it - your conscious mind and your subconscious mind.  However, did you know that you can never be aware of more than 5 or 6 pieces of information at any point in time with your conscious mind?  In contrast, your subconscious mind processes over two million pieces of information every second!  It is your auto-pilot.  It runs your life for you.  It has been building habits for you perfectly since the day you were born. 

Unfortunately, in order to change their life or grow as a human being, most people think that all they need to do is set goals and use the will power. However, this is a function of your conscious mind, whereas it is the subconscious mind that stores belief systems, patterns and habits that affect your life.  This means that the harder you try to change a habit, the less chance you have of doing it - unless the subconscious mind is engaged in creating positive new images of the desired results.

 Behaviour Therapy -72% recovery after 22 sessions
